Since my first day at Bæst I immediately felt this passion for organic food and sustainability.

I first started as pizzachef and with time I improved my skills in many areas of the kitchen and how to provide the best service for our guests.

Working in our community it's a 360 degrees experience in the culinary world and it swings from being a chef to spend a day at Farm of Ideas and understand where the food comes from.

A very important part of this is our wonderful, friendly and passionate staff..
