Materia Prima

Materia Prima is the old age definition of the raw material that everything is made of. The expression traces back to the earliest philosophers and alchemists as Aristotle and Anaxagoras and all the way to modern Italian where it is used to describe produce – particularly in gastronomic context.

It has been obvious to me to choose my mother-tongues name for, what I believe is at the essence of what we do, as the title of this blog.
